In Tamil Nadu, as part of the evaluation process for admission to the 4-year bachelor’s degree programs in veterinary medicine offered by veterinary colleges, as well as for the intermediate-level courses related to food, dairy, poultry, and technology, the Plus-2 score serves as a foundation for selection. This assessment, conducted through the evaluation, is organized by the Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, in collaboration with the Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University. In the field of veterinary and paramedical education, 660 seats are available. In the Chennai district, a college for technology education offers 60 seats in the fields of food and dairy technology, while a college for poultry technology in Krishnagiri offers 40 seats. This assessment is being conducted. Approximately 22,000 applications have been received from all over Tamil Nadu for these positions. The list of qualified candidates was released by the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University on July 26. It has been announced that the assessment will take place at the Chennai Veterinary College in Vepery.
