Appeal filed by O. Panneerselvam – Hearing today in ICourt

An appeal was filed by O. Panneerselvam against the order passed by the Single Judge.

A.D.M.K. Opposition leader ADMK also demanded a ban on the use of O. Panneerselvam’s name, flag and symbol. General Secretary Edappadi Palaniswami had filed a petition in the Chennai High Court. The hearing on this petition was held on the 7th before Judge Satish Kumar in the Chennai High Court.

At that time, it was argued by Edappadi Palaniswami that O. Panneerselvam was using the same position even after being removed from the party. Subsequently, ADMK The judge ordered an interim ban on O. Panneerselvam to use the name, flag, symbol and letter pad.

Following this, an appeal was filed by O. Panneerselvam against the order passed by the Single Judge. The case is being heard today in the Chennai High Court in a session comprising Justice Mahadevan and Justice Mohammad Shafiq.
