The driver died of shock when the mother died near Walaja.
Dhanalakshmi (age 75) belongs to Arundhathiyar Colony, next to Walaja. This son is Kumar (45).He was working as a courier driver. Thanalakshmi passed away yesterday afternoon due to ill health.
Kumar kept crying as he hugged his mother’s body. In this situation, he suddenly developed chest pain in the evening. His relatives immediately took him to Walaja Government Hospital.
Doctors examined him there and said that Kumar died on the way. The incident of the death of the son due to chest pain due to the shock of the mother’s death has left the villagers sad.It is to be noted that Kumar’s son Krishnakanth (21) died in an accident at Arcot Palatu Bridge a few months ago.
