A sudden fire broke out at Panruti Government Bus Workshop in Cuddalore District. 4 buses caught fire in an early morning fire in the area where expired buses were parked.
The fire department was immediately informed about the fire. On information, the fire department rushed to the spot and extinguished the fire. Out of which 4 buses were damaged in the fire.
As many as 15 outdated buses were put up for auction. The auctioned buses were being dismantled and dismantled. While this work was going on during daylight hours, the bus suddenly caught fire early this morning. An investigation into the fire is also underway.
