Searches are being carried out at the homes of people who may be associated with banned organisations.
The National Intelligence Agency officers have been conducting raids in the suburbs of Chennai such as Perumbakkam, Patappai and Pallikaranai since early this morning.The trial is being conducted on the basis of cases already registered.
The state police are providing security to the NIA while the people are living with the people and are in touch with the banned organizations. Officials conduct inspection are conducting. NIA said that complete information will be given only after the test. Officials said.
The NIA also raided Munna’s house in an apartment in Karamalayanagar, Chengalpattu district. Officials are investigating.
