A ceremony was held at Varadarasulu Chettiar Higher Secondary School in Arcot, Tamil Nadu Government to provide free bicycles. Secretary of the school K. Krishnamurthy presided. Vice President PN Bhaktavachalam presided. M. Shanti welcomed the head teacher.
