The 4th Para Asian Games for the Disabled was held in Hangzhou, China.India won a total of 111 medals including 29 gold, 31 silver and 51 bronze.Prime Minister Modi felicitated the Indian team, which created history by achieving 100 medals for the first time in the Asian Games, at the National Stadium in Delhi yesterday.
Prime Minister Modi spoke on this program as follows;-
‘I kept looking for opportunities to meet you. I feel blessed to be with you today, I am here only to congratulate you for your excellent performance in the Asian Para Tournament. I sat here and lived your precious and unforgettable moments when you competed for the country in China. Your activities have made us proud.
